G Labaan is an Arabian dessert and food outlet offering a variety of delicious desserts and specialty food items. We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-friendly candidates to manage our counter operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Handle cash, UPI payments, billing, and POS operations.
- Maintain accurate daily sales and cash records.
- Explain menu items, desserts, and offers to customers.
- Ensure the counter and customer area remain clean and organized.
- Manage takeaway orders and ensure timely service.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
- Follow company procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass/ Any Degree
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and UPI payments.
- Friendly attitude, honesty, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in restaurants, bakeries, ice cream parlours, cafés, or retail counters is an advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude can also apply.
