Role Description The Course Counselor role at Future Multimedia is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Course

Counselor will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable courses and learning paths. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads; providing detailed information about programs, fees, schedules, and placement support; and maintaining accurate records of interactions and enrollments. The role involves conducting counseling sessions, following up with potential learners, guiding them through the admission process,



and coordinating with faculty and administration to ensure a smooth learner experience.

The Course

Counselor will also support outreach activities, such as seminars or information sessions, to promote the institute’s courses and services.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and counsel learners on suitable courses.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to manage inquiries, follow-ups, and ongoing learner support.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, web designing, or IT-related fields is beneficial for explaining course content and career paths.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, maintain records, and meet enrollment targets.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and office productivity software for data entry and reporting.
- Prior experience in counseling, academic advising, sales, or education services is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in business, education, or psychology is a plus.
