Job ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them with product selection and purchases. Explain product features, perks, pricing, and ongoing offers. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through active selling and upselling.

Handle billing, POS transactions, cash, and digital payments accurately. Maintain product displays, shelf arrangements, and overall store cleanliness. Monitor stock availability, replenish shelves, and report low-stock items.

Check product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO). Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Support inventory counting, stock receiving, and daily store operations.

Promote new launches, offers, combos, and seasonal products.

Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates preferred. Previous experience in retail, FMCG, grocery, or counter sales is an advantage. Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of billing systems and digital payments. Ability to achieve sales targets and recommend products confidently. Basic computer knowledge and inventory-handling skills. Honest, punctual, well-groomed, and customer-focused.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
