We're looking for a Country Manager – India | Customer Success to Lead | Build | Drive Impact and shape the next phase of customer success at ETP.

This is a CXO-facing leadership role for someone who can go beyond relationship management to drive customer value, retention, expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.

What You’ll Lead

? Own the India Customer Success strategy as the executive sponsor and single point of contact

? Build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior enterprise stakeholders

? Lead strategic governance, QBRs, escalations, risk mitigation, and long-term account planning

? Drive renewals, upsell, cross-sell, retention, and revenue expansion

? Develop strategic account plans to increase wallet share and multi-year contract value

? Champion customer adoption, ROI realization, digital transformation, and business outcomes

? Partner with Sales, Product, Delivery, Finance, and Global Leadership to drive customer and business success

? Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Customer Success organization in India

? Bring the Voice of the Customer into product strategy and go-to-market decisions

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 18 + years of leadership experience in Enterprise Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, or technology-led environments





✔️ Strong experience managing large, complex enterprise portfolios

✔️ Proven track record of driving revenue through renewals, expansion, and strategic account development

✔️ Solid CXO-level presence, executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

✔️ Demonstrated ability to build high-performance teams and drive cross-functional alignment

✔️ High emotional intelligence with a strong focus on governance, ownership, and execution

✔️ Experience in enterprise software / technology environments

You won’t just manage accounts. You’ll shape customer strategy, influence business growth, build executive partnerships, and position ETP as a long-term strategic transformation partner.
