About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Copywriter with strong stock market and fintech domain knowledge to create engaging, insight-led communication for financial audiences. The ideal candidate understands stock market terminology, investor behaviour, and trading-related products, and can translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, and action-oriented copy across CRM channels.

You will work on campaigns that engage users across their investment journey, driving user activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation through personalised communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- CRM Campaigns: Develop compelling copy for email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messages, and other CRM touchpoints.
- Stock Market & Fintech Content: Create content around equities, trading, investing, market trends, demat accounts, mutual funds, and other financial products, depending on the platform's offerings.
- User Lifecycle Communication: Build communication journeys for user acquisition, onboarding, activation, transaction nudges, retention, cross-selling, and re-engagement.
- Campaign Personalisation: Tailor messaging based on user segments, trading activity, investment behaviour, and lifecycle stage.
- Market-Linked Communication: Craft timely and relevant copy around market movements, financial news, trading opportunities, and investor education while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Conversion-Focused Copywriting: Write crisp, persuasive, and engaging content that encourages users to take the desired action without compromising clarity or trust.
- A/B Testing & Optimisation: Develop copy variations, test messaging approaches, and optimise campaigns based on open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CRM, marketing, product, design, analytics, and compliance teams to deliver effective campaigns.




- Brand Voice & Compliance: Maintain a consistent brand voice while ensuring all financial communication is accurate, responsible, and compliant with applicable guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a CRM Copywriter, Fintech Copywriter, Financial Content Writer, or similar role, preferably within stockbroking, investment platforms, trading apps, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the stock market, equities, trading, investing, and related financial terminology.
- Hands-on experience creating CRM communication across channels such as push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into concise, engaging, and easy-to-understand communication.
- Understanding of user lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalisation, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where communication may need to respond to market developments and campaign priorities.

Good to Have

- Experience working with stockbroking platforms, trading apps, wealthtech companies, or investment-focused fintech startups.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and campaign analytics.
- Experience working on trading-related campaigns, investor education, market updates, or financial product adoption.
- Understanding of A/B testing, performance marketing, and data-driven content optimisation.
- Familiarity with financial advertising and compliance requirements in the Indian market.
