Job Title: Cook

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cook to prepare quality meals while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare meals according to the menu and daily requirements.
- Ensure food quality, taste, freshness, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Handle food ingredients and kitchen equipment safely.
- Monitor ingredient stocks and inform management about replenishment needs.
- Follow proper food storage and food safety practices.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation and minimise wastage.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Cook is preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to manage kitchen tasks efficiently.
- Valuable time management and organisational skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
