About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Control Tower Executive to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will coordinate daily supply chain activities, connect with customers to confirm schedules, monitor operational performance, and work closely with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable making frequent outbound calls, maintaining accurate data, tracking delays, and resolving operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Coordination: Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to confirm customer availability and schedule supply chain activities.
- Scheduling: Create, manage, and update schedules for daily supply chain operations.
- Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely execution of scheduled activities.
- Tracking and Reporting: Monitor daily supply chain metrics, delays, and exceptions, and share timely updates.
- Issue Resolution:



Identify scheduling conflicts and operational delays, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, customer confirmations, and operational performance.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure schedules are updated accurately, follow-ups are completed on time, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Skills and Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
