About the Role
We are looking for a content writer who can handle different types of marketing content across Zavo.
This is not just a blog-writing role. You will work on everything from ad copy to website content to in-app communication, notifications, campaigns, and product messaging.
You should be able to take a complicated financial idea and explain it in a simple,
compelling and easy-to-understand way.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in content writing or copywriting
- Strong command of written English
- Ability to write straightforward, clear and conversational copy
- Experience writing marketing or performance ad copy
- Comfortable writing both short-form and long-form content• Ability to understand the audience and change the tone accordingly
- Good attention to grammar and detail
- Ability to work on multiple pieces of content at the same time
- Open to feedback and quick iterations
Good to Have
- Experience working with a fintech, lending, banking, credit card or financial services company
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Experience writing conversion-focused landing pages
- Understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing
- Experience writing lifecycle communications such as Push, WhatsApp, SMS, and
Email.
