Content Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Strategist to lead the planning, development, and optimization of content across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating data-driven content strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, drive organic growth, and support business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, SEO knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across digital channels, including website, blog, email marketing, and social media platforms.

Conduct audience research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify content opportunities and gaps.

Establish content frameworks aligned with brand goals, customer journeys, and marketing objectives.

Create and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

Content Development & Management

Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive and impactful messaging.

Oversee content production workflows from ideation to publishing.

Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, messaging standards, and values.

Develop engaging narratives that simplify complex concepts and resonate with target audiences.

Content & Performance Optimization

Optimize content for search engines, readability, user engagement, and conversions.

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.

Monitor content performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Leverage data-driven insights to refine content strategies and maximize ROI.

Collaboration & Innovation

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns,



and business initiatives.

Identify emerging content trends, AI tools, and industry best practices to improve content effectiveness and efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement through testing, analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

4 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, content marketing, or editorial roles.

Proven experience managing multi-channel content campaigns and content marketing initiatives.

Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimization, and analytics.

Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools.

Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.

Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Cooperative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
