About the RoleFebla Technologies LLC is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Content Writer & Social Media Manager to join our team in Hyderabad.

We are seeking someone who can develop engaging written content, manage social media platforms, and execute content strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create content that connects with the target audience.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing & Copywriting

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Write creative captions, short-form video scripts, promotional content, and advertising copy.
- Develop attention-grabbing hooks, storytelling concepts, and calls to action for social media campaigns.
- Write website content, blog articles, product descriptions, and marketing materials as required.
- Ensure all content maintains consistent brand messaging, tone, and quality.
- Research industry trends, audience interests, and competitor content to generate fresh ideas.

Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions,



and respond professionally.
- Identify trending topics, hashtags, and content formats to improve organic reach.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce engaging social media content.
- Maintain consistent branding across social media channels.

Content Strategy & Growth
- Develop creative strategies to improve brand visibility, follower growth, and audience engagement.
- Generate new content ideas for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic.
- Recommend improvements based on audience behavior and content performance.
- Support influencer collaborations, promotional campaigns, and community-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content writing, social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong English writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating social media captions, promotional copy, and short-form video scripts.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.




- Ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and organic growth strategies.
- Strong communication, creativity, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Canva or similar content design tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools such as ChatGPT.
- Knowledge of SEO content writing and keyword research.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and community engagement.
- Experience managing social media accounts for startups, mobile applications, or technology brands.
