Job Overview

Pine Careers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer & Social Media Executive to develop engaging content and manage day-to-day social media activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging content for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Write content for social media posts, captions, reels, blogs, and website pages.
- Plan and schedule social media content across relevant platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas, hooks, captions, and concepts based on current trends.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to execute content ideas.
- Research relevant topics, audiences, and industry trends.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
- Ensure content is transparent, engaging, grammatically correct, and aligned with the brand's voice.




- Monitor basic social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Support marketing campaigns with promotional content and other digital communications.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong written English and good grammar.
- Ability to write engaging social media copy, blogs, and website content.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Understanding of social media trends, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research is preferred.
- Good research, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills
