Job Summary The Content Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing enhanced content, including A+ Content, Brand Stores, imagery, video, and other content assets for a specified set of brands.

This role supports accurate, brand-aligned, discoverable, and AI-ready enhanced content across Amazon and other retail platforms as assigned. The Content Specialist creates and updates content modules, supports audits, resolves errors, and helps maintain visual and content quality standards.

This role is an execution-focused position that builds foundational expertise in enhanced content operations, visual content requirements, retailer platforms, structured content standards, and content quality workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

- Enhanced Content & Visual Asset Execution
- Create, update, and audit A+ Content, Brand Stores, images, videos, and enhanced content modules.
- Use tools such as Photoshop, Canva, retailer portals, PIM/CIQ tools, Analytic Index, or other systems as assigned to create, enhance, modify, publish, and monitor content.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines, retailer requirements, structured content standards, and AI-readiness expectations.
- Support enhanced content that improves shopper clarity, content quality, discoverability, and brand consistency.
- Content Management & Quality Assurance
- Maintain enhanced content across Amazon, Walmart, and other assigned retail platforms.
- Conduct ongoing and quarterly Brand Content audits to verify accuracy, completeness, consistency, compliance, and content health.
- Identify and resolve content errors, formatting issues, missing assets, and retailer portal issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Follow established SOPs, templates, naming conventions, asset specifications, and quality control processes.
- Data Quality, Tools & Process Support
- Support clean, accurate,



and structured enhanced content data and asset records.
- Identify repeated issues or process gaps and share opportunities for workflow improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Adapt to scalable content processes that support AI-enabled content generation and optimization.
- Reporting, Communication & Collaboration
- Provide timely status updates on content tasks, audit findings, issue resolution, and assigned brand priorities.
- Communicate clearly with Content, Catalog, Brand Management, Digital Shelf, brands, and leadership to support accurate execution.
- Support basic reporting needs and share content observations or optimization opportunities when identified.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Professional Experience Required

- 3+ years of Amazon, Walmart, retailer content, eCommerce, or enhanced content experience preferred.
- 1+ years of agency, brand, retail, creative production, catalog, digital merchandising, or related work experience preferred.
- Design or content development experience preferred, especially with Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, retailer portals, and eCommerce content requirements preferred.
- Exposure to structured content, taxonomy, AI-ready content, or automation-enabled workflows is a plus.
