About the Role

We are looking for a creative Content Planner with solid Hindi content skills who can generate engaging ideas, plan content calendars and coordinate with the creative team for social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate creative Hindi content ideas, concepts and hooks for Reels, posts, stories and campaigns.
- Plan and manage weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Create content briefs and ideas for writers, designers and video editors.
- Research trends, competitors and audience interests.
- Plan engaging content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Develop ideas for promotional, festival and campaign-based content.
- Review content to ensure quality, accuracy and brand tone.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with the creative team for timely content execution.





Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Content Planning, Content Strategy or Social Media.
- Strong command of Hindi content, writing and communication.
- Excellent ability to generate creative Hindi content ideas and hooks.
- Good understanding of social media trends and platforms.
- Strong research, communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of audience behaviour.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini is an advantage.

Preferred
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Education, Astrology, Wellness or Lifestyle brands.
- Experience with Hindi social media content and short-form video content.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
