We're looking for a creative and curious Content & Social Media Intern who understands social media trends and enjoys turning fresh ideas into engaging content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

What You'll Do

- Brainstorm creative ideas for Reels, short-form videos, and social media campaigns.
- Write engaging video scripts, catchy hooks, captions, and social media posts.
- Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Research trending topics, competitor content, and new creative formats.
- Assist with content calendars, campaign planning, and social media management.
- Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement.

What We're Looking For
- A creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming fresh ideas for Reels, short-form videos, and social media campaigns.
- A good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for video scripts,



catchy hooks, captions, and engaging posts.
- The ability to turn complex topics into simple, interesting, and relatable content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools. Familiarity with video editing tools like CapCut or VN is a plus.
- An interest in exploring AI tools to generate ideas, research trends, and improve content creation.
- Someone who takes initiative, stays updated with new content formats, and isn't afraid to experiment with creative ideas.
- A willingness to learn, work with the marketing team, accept feedback, and contribute current ideas to grow ARVO's social media presence.

Freshers and students with a passion for content creation are welcome to apply. A portfolio or examples of previous work are a plus, but creativity and the willingness to learn matter most.
