FuturScreen Films is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-aware Content Creator Intern to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, storytelling, video content, and digital marketing.

The candidate will assist in developing creative content ideas, writing video scripts, researching trends, and creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. This role provides practical exposure to content creation, brand promotion, and digital marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Content Ideation and Research
- Generate fresh and creative content ideas for different clients and industries.
- Research trending topics, Instagram Reels, viral formats, and social media trends.
- Study competitors and identify opportunities for engaging content.
- Develop content concepts according to client requirements and marketing objectives.
- Scriptwriting and Storytelling
- Write engaging scripts for promotional videos, presentation videos, storytelling videos, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Develop strong opening hooks to capture audience attention.
- Prepare video concepts, captions, headlines, and creative content.
- Adapt scripts according to the target audience, brand identity, and campaign goals.
- Video Content Creation
- Assist in planning and executing video shoots.
- Coordinate with the video editing, design, and marketing teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for client projects.
- Be willing to appear in videos or present content in front of the camera when required.
- Help develop engaging Reels, promotional videos, and short-form video content.
- Social Media Content Planning
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Develop content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with client objectives,



brand guidelines, and campaign requirements.
- Support the creative team in preparing content for scheduled campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring and Creative Improvement
- Stay updated with current social media trends, trending audio, formats, and audience preferences.
- Identify creative approaches that can improve views, reach, engagement, and audience retention.
- Suggest innovative content formats and storytelling techniques.
- Continuously improve content quality based on feedback from the creative team.
- Team Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with content creators, video editors, designers, digital marketers, and the HR/management team as required.
- Complete assigned scripts and content ideas within deadlines.
- Maintain records of completed tasks and pending content requirements.
- Accept feedback positively and make revisions as required.
- Follow company policies, work schedules, and qualified standards.

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong creativity and interest in social media content creation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content formats.
- Awareness of current social media trends and viral content.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work with a creative team.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and communicating with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification: Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree or course in Media, Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field are preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous professional experience is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
