Job Role:

- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure all visual merchandising aligns with the brands image, values, and customer experience vision.

- Lead the Store Merchandising Display (SMD) strategy and ensure flawless execution across all stores.

- Oversee planning and setup of in-store displays, and promotional merchandise presentation with high-quality standards.

- Ensure visual consistency across all locations by conducting regular audits and timely refresh of displays.

- Manage and guide a team of visual merchandisers, driving capability, creativity, and consistent execution.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Buying, Merchandising &
- Ops) to align VM activities with business priorities and campaigns.

- Use creative apps and digital tools to monitor real-time execution, identify gaps, and take corrective actions quickly.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce fresh, trend-forward visual concepts that elevate customer experience.
