Key Responsibilities::

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard current vendors Maintain vendor database and build long-term vendor relationships Conduct vendor evaluation and empanelment as per DI policy
- Collect, compare,



and analyse quotations from vendors Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement requirements
- Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions to achieve cost efficiency Ensure best value for money without compromising on quality
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, processes, and audit requirements Maintain proper documentation, filing, and MIS reporting for all procurement activities Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement
- Regular follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of goods/services Resolve vendor queries and discrepancies in coordination with finance and user departments

Required Skills & Competencies: Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation Quotation Analysis Purchase Order Management Negotiation Skills Knowledge of Procurement Policies & Compliance Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting
