We are opening a new outpatient (OPD) hospital opening in Thane, and we are building our paediatrics practice from the ground up. We are looking for paediatricians who want to shape how the practice runs from day one.

The role

- Run daily paediatric OPD consultations for newborns, children, and adolescents
- Provide immunisation, growth, and developmental monitoring
- Manage common childhood illnesses and follow-up care
- Stabilise and refer cases that need admission or emergency care to partner hospitals
- Help set up clinical protocols and guide nursing and support staff

Who we're looking for

- MD / DNB (Paediatrics) or DCH
- Valid registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (or eligibility to register)
- [0-10] years of post-qualification experience; fresh pass-outs with strong training are welcome




- Comfortable working in a startup workplace where systems are still being built
- Good communication with parents and families; Marathi and Hindi preferred
