Role & responsibilities

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience.

- Handle end-to-end hiring across the manufacturing and engineering sectors or any other sector.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.

- Manage candidate and client coordination from requirement understanding to interview and offer closure.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.

- Ensure hiring within defined TATs and quality expectations.

- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.

- Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring,
