Role Overview The Design & Client Experience Executive plays a pivotal role in translating client aspirations into thoughtfully designed furniture solutions. This role sits at the intersection of design sensibility, client engagement, and craftsmanship, ensuring that every interaction results in meaningful, well-crafted outcomes rather than transactional sales.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome walk-in clients, architects, and design professionals with a consultative and curious approach.
Understand client requirements by decoding design briefs, references, mood boards, and conceptual ideas into feasible furniture solutions.
Recommend appropriate designs, materials, finishes, and customizations aligned with the client’s lifestyle, space, and aesthetic preferences.
Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into finished furniture.
Manage client communication, approvals, and timelines from concept development through final delivery.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects and interior designers, positioning Timbrestok as a trusted design partner.
Stay updated on furniture design trends, materials, finishes, and evolving customer preferences to ensure informed and contemporary recommendations.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related discipline (or demonstrated design-thinking capabilities).
0–3 years of professional experience, preferably in client-facing roles, custom furniture, interiors, or design-led environments.
Ability to understand and interpret production and design drawings.
Skills & Attributes
Strong empathy, communication clarity, and curiosity when engaging with clients.
Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities across design, production, and client discussions.
Comfort working in a collaborative, hands-on setting involving designers, craftsmen, and customers.
