Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000–₹19,000 per month, inclusive of PF Working Hours: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM, with a 1-hour break Vivaan Constructions is hiring a responsible Storekeeper / Store Executive to manage construction materials, scaffolding, tools, site inventory, and diesel. The candidate will handle material receipts, issues, returns, and daily stock updates.

Key Responsibilities - Receive materials and verify quantities and condition against delivery challans.

- Maintain stock records for scaffolding, construction materials, tools, and consumables.
- Record all material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers daily.
- Track scaffolding issued to contractors and follow up on returns.
- Manage diesel receipts, storage, dispensing, and daily balance records.
- Record diesel issued to each vehicle, machine, or equipment, including relevant odometer or hour-meter readings.
- Monitor diesel consumption and report discrepancies, unusual usage, or shortages.




- Coordinate diesel and material replenishment with the purchase and site teams.
- Conduct physical stock checks and report missing or damaged items.
- Maintain invoices, delivery challans, material issue slips, and diesel logs.
- Keep the store organised and follow safe material and diesel handling procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly material stock and diesel consumption reports. Eligibility - Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Valuable recordkeeping, communication, and coordination skills.
- Construction storekeeping, inventory, or diesel management experience is preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working at a construction site.
