1. Job Summary

Sambhav Foundation is looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction and infrastructure-related activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring work quality, ensuring safety compliance, and completing assigned work within the stipulated timelines.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and civil maintenance activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and site workers.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, material availability, and utilization.
- Ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship meets required standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Implement and monitor site safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material records, labour attendance, and site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues in coordination with the project team.
- Monitor construction expenses and minimize material wastage.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, delays, and challenges to management.
- Ensure proper upkeep of tools, equipment, and construction materials.




- Support infrastructure development, renovation, and maintenance activities as required by the organization.

3. Educational Qualification and Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision or civil site management.
- Practical experience in handling contractors, labourers, materials, and site operations.
- Experience in commercial, Residential , or institutional, projects will be an advantage.

4. Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong site supervision and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, civil works, and building materials.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and layouts.
- Understanding of quality control and construction safety practices.
- Positive communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in maintaining site reports and basic documentation.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of construction and maintenance activities.
- Adherence to approved specifications and quality standards.
- Compliance with site safety requirements.
- Effective utilization of manpower, materials, and resources.
- Accuracy of site reports and project documentation.
- Timely reporting and resolution of site-related issues.
