Compliance

Ensure timely compliance under the Code on Wages, Code on Social Security, Industrial Relations Code, OSH Code, Shops & Establishments Act, and applicable state laws.

Handle PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, LWF, gratuity, and bonus filings, returns, and registers

Maintain statutory registers, licences, and registrations, and track renewals

Support internal and external audits, inspections, and liaison with labour authorities

Monitor regulatory changes and advise HR leadership on policy updates

Ensure Standing Orders, HR policies, and contractor/vendor compliance are current

Employee Relations

Handle employee grievances and escalations

Draft show-cause notices, charge sheets, warning letters, and inquiry reports

Support POSH compliance: ICC coordination, annual reports, and awareness sessions

Advise managers on conduct, performance, and separation matters

Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlements, and related documentation
