- Candidate is expected to do estimation for manufacturing of products of composite materials.
- Candidate should have know how of CAD softwares like NX, CATIA.
- Candidate should have knowledge in composite materials, evaluate material required for manufacturing based on the CAD model or drawings provided.
- Candidate should have knowledge of manufacturing process of composites, tooling, testing and quality requirements in composites.
- Candidate should know the infrastructure requirements for manufacturing, should be able to identify the space requirement for manufacturing, plan the flow of manufacturing.
- Interact with material suppliers, tool suppliers, manufacturing team inside and external vendors, testing labs and quality teams.
- Understanding of estimation for prototypes, limited production and serial production.
