About the Role

We are looking for a people-focused Community Manager to manage member experiences, support workspace sales, and coordinate daily operations. You will be a key point of contact for members, prospective customers, guests, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the marketing team on lead generation and outreach.
- Conduct workspace tours, handle enquiries, and onboard new members.
- Build member relationships through regular check-ins, events, and community activities.
- Develop local partnerships that bring value to members.
- Address member concerns and act on feedback to improve their experience.
- Oversee daily workspace operations and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and technology vendors.
- Support safety and compliance procedures.
- Welcome guests and manage calls,



bookings, mail, packages, and scheduling.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in community management, coworking, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent English communication; Telugu and Hindi are a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and coworking management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and resolve issues proactively.
- Connections with Vizag’s local business and startup ecosystem.
- An interest in startups, creators, and community building.
