About Us

Spritle Softwares Physical AI unit is building the future of applied AI, starting with cognitive assembly & visual inspection. We are a hands-on, builder-first team pushing the boundaries of edge AI, robotics, and real-world automation. We value shipping over consuming, and we are looking for someone who shares this bias for action.

Role Overview

This opportunity is intended for women who are passionate about content creation, community building, social media, and emerging technologies such as Physical AI and robotics. We are seeking a creative and cutting-edge Community & Events Intern to drive engagement, map the Physical AI ecosystem, and execute recurring events that bring together builders, researchers, and industry enthusiasts. You will be the heartbeat of our community efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Mapping: Continuously explore and map the local and global Physical AI, robotics, and applied AI communities (builders, students, researchers, and innovators).
2. Event Execution: Plan, organize, and run recurring community events (e.g., hackathons, demo days, micro-meetups, or webinars) that showcase innovation.
3. Engagement: Manage community channels (e.g., Discord, LinkedIn) to foster high-quality, actionable discussions and highlight member projects.
4. Talent Spotting: Identify and engage creative individuals and student groups to participate in our initiatives and pilot programs.
5. Metrics & Feedback: Track event attendance,

community growth, and engagement metrics, providing concise, outcome-driven reports to the leadership team.

What Were Looking For

- Women candidates only.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a post graduate degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in conducting events such as hackathon, webinar, or any other events.
- Experience in leadership or community management.
- Knowledge in AI and robotics is an added advantage.
- Genuine interest in AI, robotics, or deep tech (bonus points if you've tinkered with hardware, LLMs, or robotics projects yourself).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a bias for action.
- Creative thinker who can design engaging, non-generic community experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What You'll Gain

- Hands-on experience building a deep-tech community from the ground up.
- Direct mentorship from the Subject Matter Experts and Founders.
- High-visibility networking opportunities with industry leaders, CTOs, and innovators.
- Certificate of internship and strong potential for a full-time role based on impact and performance.

How to Apply Send your resume and a brief note (max 150 words) describing the most creative community event youve attended or organized, and why it worked, to [email protected] with the subject line: "Community & Events Intern Application [Your Name]".
