Role Description

We are looking for experienced business development professional to lead the acquisition of exclusive media and advertising rights across premium commercial office parks and corporate campuses in India.

The role involves working closely with leading commercial real estate developers, property owners and asset management companies to establish long-term strategic partnerships, enabling dRSTi to manage and monetise their media inventory through digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising, on-campus media and brand activation opportunities.

We are looking for professionals who have experience in corporate real estate transactions, media rights acquisition, retail property expansions, mall or airport media, commercial real estate partnerships or similar businesses, with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and negotiate commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- New Business Acquisition: Identify and acquire premium commercial office parks and corporate campuses for exclusive media and advertising rights.
- Developer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with leading commercial real estate developers, property owners,



landlords and asset management companies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Present dRSTi’s media monetisation proposition and demonstrate how advertising inventory can generate incremental revenue and enhance the value of corporate properties.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations covering exclusivity, revenue-sharing models, minimum guarantees, commercial terms, contract tenure and renewal provisions.
- End-to-End Deal Closure: Own the acquisition process from prospect identification and initial engagement through proposal development, negotiations and execution of definitive agreements.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities across major commercial real estate markets, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal sales, operations and execution teams to ensure successful onboarding and commercialisation of newly acquired properties.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust acquisition pipeline, track deal progress and deliver agreed targets for recent property acquisitions and media rights secured.

Desired Candidate

- 8–15 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, media rights acquisition or commercial property monetisation.
- Experience working with mall operators, retail property owners, commercial real estate developers, airport media operators, retail media companies or related businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to establish senior-level relationships and negotiate high-value, long-term commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of partnership structures, exclusivity arrangements, revenue-sharing models and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to independently manage complex acquisition cycles and work across multiple cities.
