Qualification

- Should be a Graduate.

- Should have Hospital Billing Experience.

- Minimum 1 year and above experience in healthcare accounts receivable required (Denial Management).

Role & Responsibilities

- Functional knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations, with experience related to privacy laws, access, and release of information.

- Solid knowledge of medical insurance, including HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Payers.

- In-depth working knowledge of various applications associated with workflow processes.

- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems.

- Proven efficiency and accuracy in keyboarding and typing skills.

- Demonstrated strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism, with a commitment to client and patient satisfaction.
