What You’ll Do
- Follow up with clients on outstanding dues and meet monthly collection targets
- Analyse AR ageing and prioritise overdue accounts
- Resolve invoice disputes with clients, Sales and Operations
- Reconcile receipts and clear unapplied cash
- Support billing, month-end close and MIS reporting
What You’ll Need
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–4 years in AR, collections or O2C (shared services or B2B)
- Experience with SAP, HighRadius or similar tools
- Strong Excel and clear client communication

- Knowledge of GST and TDS
