Davincred Services is looking for a driven and result-oriented Collections Team Leader to lead collection teams, drive recovery performance, and ensure operational excellence.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, recovery rates, productivity, and collection efficiency.
- Track daily calling activities, follow-ups, and case-level progress.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement support to team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, collection guidelines, and customer-handling standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve collections.




- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving challenging cases.

? Requirements

- Prior experience in collections, debt recovery, or financial services.
- DRA Certified
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team of collection executives.
- Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with targets, performance metrics, and MIS reports.
- Knowledge of collection processes and customer-handling practices.
