- Audit existing tool instances across teams and prepare a migration plan with rollback strategy
- Install and configure GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus on self-managed RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu servers
- Configure reverse proxy (Nginx/Apache), SSL certificates, LDAP/AD integration, and firewall rules




- Migrate GitLab repositories preserving full history, branches, pipelines, and CI/CD configs
- Export and re-import Jenkins jobs, credentials, shared libraries, and pipeline definitions
- Migrate SonarQube projects, quality profiles, quality gates, and historical analysis data
- Migrate Nexus artifacts across Maven, npm, and raw repository formats
- Re-validate end-to-end CI/CD pipeline integrations post-migration
- Migrate user accounts, groups, and RBAC across all tools
- Deliver as-built documentation, operational runbooks, and conduct internal knowledge transfer
- No cloud-only profiles
