We’re building an AI-native autonomous workspace for manufacturing companies, bringing inventory, procurement, production planning, quality control, and replenishment into one connected platform.

Our product has been shaped by hands-on work with manufacturing companies in India. Our ambition is to help manufacturers reduce manual coordination, make better decisions, and run more efficient operations.

I’m leading technology and product full-time. I’m looking for a business co-founder who can take ownership of the commercial side and build the company alongside me.

What you’ll own

- Sales and customer acquisition: Identify our strongest customer segments, build relationships with manufacturing decision-makers, and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Go-to-market: Shape positioning, pricing, and a repeatable sales approach.
- Sales team: Recruit and lead a team with clear processes, targets, and accountability.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with industry networks, implementation partners, and distribution partners.
- International expansion: Identify and develop markets beyond India.
- Fundraising: Work with me on our investment story, investor relationships, and fundraising execution.

Our immediate priorities are acquiring customers, building a strong sales team, and expanding internationally. Who I’d like to meet

You could be a former founder, B2B SaaS sales leader,



manufacturing or ERP industry expert, or an early-stage operator who has helped build a business.

What matters most is evidence of what you’ve personally built, sold, or grown. You should be comfortable speaking with customers, making decisions under uncertainty, and taking responsibility for commercial outcomes.

Experience selling software to manufacturing businesses would be particularly valuable.

Equity, investment, and working arrangement

This is a co-founder prospect with meaningful equity ownership. The equity allocation, vesting, responsibilities, and compensation will be discussed transparently.

A minimum personal investment of ₹25 lakh is required, alongside an active commitment to building the business. We’ll agree on the investment terms and founder equity structure before proceeding.

The working arrangement can be hybrid or remote, with customer visits and travel as needed.
