- Knowledge about GD&T;
- A working knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments.
- Ability of setting critical component. (Aerospace, Aerospace toolings, oil & Gas, Nuclear Projects etc.)
- Knowledge of machining processes (turning, taper turning, thread cutting, canned cycles, drilling, grooving etc.)
- Knowledge of cutting tools. (Turning insert, boring insert grooving insert, threading insert etc.)
- Basic understanding of blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks on machines.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace.
- Basic understanding of 5S.
- Ability to maintain accurate production records, including tracking materials and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
- Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions and tooling problems.
- Ability to work in all 3shifts.
