We are hiring a CMT & Sales Support Executive with hands-on experience in freight brokerage/CMT and sales support. The ideal candidate will help source reliable carriers, cover regular loads, and support daily sales and logistics operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in CMT or Freight Brokerage, along with Sales Support experience
- Hands-on experience sourcing and verifying carriers
- Ability to negotiate rates and secure reliable carriers for load coverage
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and transportation management systems

Key Responsibilities

- Source and build relationships with reliable carriers
- Coordinate with brokers and carriers to cover regular loads




- Negotiate competitive rates and confirm load details
- Provide sales support, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination with internal teams
