Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cluster HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple hotel and restaurant units. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hospitality HR, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage HR operations across multiple hotel and restaurant units.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
- Implement HR policies and standardize HR processes across units.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Monitor HR documentation, personnel records, and audit requirements.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Handle exit formalities,



full and final settlements, and employee separation.
- Coordinate with unit heads and management to address HR requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–20 years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.
- Prior experience managing HR operations across multiple units or properties.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and work in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
