? Key Responsibilities

As a CDM Associate, you will support the data lifecycle from study start-up to database lock:

- Data Review & Cleaning: Review eCRFs/CRFs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- EDC System Handling: Assist with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, database testing, and query management with clinical trial sites.
- External Data Reconciliation: Perform quality checks and reconcile clinical data with lab and safety data sources.
- Regulatory & Quality Compliance:



Follow Valuable Clinical Practice (GCP), CDISC standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Clinical Operations, Medical Coding, Pharmacovigilance, and Biostatistics teams.

? Eligibility & Skill Requirements

Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm, B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Research, or related fields).

Experience: Freshers (2024–2026 graduates) or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

Key Skills We Look For:

- Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and basic CDM concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel and computer operations.
