The role primarily involves communicating with US clients and supporting them throughout the tax filing process. ( US taxes Filing).

Strong English communication and client-handling skills are our key requirements. Previous tax preparation experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients and prospective customers.

● Explain our services, fees, filing process and documentation requirements.

● Follow up with prospects and assist with client onboarding.

● Collect documents and coordinate with the tax preparation team.

● Explain tax computations prepared by the tax team and guide clients through the next steps.

● Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.

● Meet assigned service, follow-up and conversion targets.

Requirements

● Excellent spoken and written English.

● Robust listening, interpersonal and follow-up skills.

● Experience in a US voice process, customer support or sales is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

● Basic proficiency in email and Excel.

● Willingness to learn US taxation concepts and work night shifts from our Hyderabad office.
