Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing Intern role based in Faridabad. The intern will support day-to-day client interactions, including responding to inquiries, gathering requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing services.

Responsibilities include assisting in project tracking, preparing basic reports, and helping maintain high levels of client satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up. The role also involves understanding client objectives,



escalating issues when necessary, and contributing to smooth operational and service processes. The intern will work closely with senior team members to learn client management best practices and gain exposure to the digital marketing domain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Client Services and Customer Service to manage day-to-day client interactions and support service delivery.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to convey information clearly, prepare basic documentation, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction to understand client needs, ensure follow-up, and contribute to positive client experiences.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance awareness to support simple billing, invoicing, or report-related tasks as required.
- Relevant skills such as time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving will be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, learn quickly, and adapt in a quick-paced digital marketing environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
