Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience

Zaad Platforms is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication, support requests, follow-ups, and coordination with our internal teams.

We are looking for someone who is highly responsive, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients through WhatsApp and phone calls.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Respond promptly to client queries through WhatsApp, phone, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide timely assistance.
- Follow up with clients and ensure their requests are properly addressed.
- Coordinate with the technical, support, and internal teams to resolve client requirements.
- Keep clients updated on the status of their requests.
- Escalate important or urgent issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain proper records of client requests and follow-ups.
- Collect client feedback and communicate it to the relevant team.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam,



and Hindi.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good WhatsApp and phone communication skills.
- Highly responsive and proactive.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, customer relationship management, or client relations is an advantage.
