Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thanjavur, working closely with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and engineering. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating project updates, and following up on feedback and issues.

The role also involves preparing proposals and presentations, tracking contract renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

The Client Relationship

Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service quality, support onboarding of new clients, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

- Robust client-facing skills, including relationship management, stakeholder communication, and customer service.
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination between clients and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and follow structured processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Comfort with basic software and digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, productivity suites, project tracking tools).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in client management, account management, or sales support in a tech or software environment is preferred.
