? What You’ll Do:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client business needs and align product offerings with their objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Drive client retention, renewals, and long-term account growth.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct client visits to understand product usage, identify pain points, and explore growth opportunities.

? What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in Account Management within the FinTech industry,



preferably working with banks, NBFCs, or other financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of financial services, industry trends, and client business requirements.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
