Role & responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current corporate clients for recruitment and staffing services.

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.

- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and key decision-makers.

- Pitch recruitment solutions and understand client hiring requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding and deal closure.

- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize recruitment agreements.

- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfil client hiring requirements.

- Explore new industries and business opportunities to expand the client base.

- Achieve business development targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
