Key Responsibilities

- Crew Supervision: Lead, direct, and monitor daily activities of construction workers, skilled trades, and equipment operators.

- Work Planning & Execution: Translate blueprints, shop drawings, and project plans into clear, actionable daily tasks for the crew.

- Quality Control: Inspect ongoing and finished civil works (earthworks, excavation, reinforcing steel, formwork, concrete pouring, and masonry) to ensure compliance with specifications.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, conduct daily toolbox talks, and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Resource Management: Coordinate the daily deployment of labor, construction materials, small tools, and heavy machinery to prevent bottlenecks.

- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track work quantities, record attendance, and report site status to the Project Engineer or Manager.

- Problem Solving: Resolve immediate field challenges, material shortages,



or labor issues in office.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI/Trade Certificate in a construction-related trade (or equivalent field experience).

- Experience: Generally 3 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in civil construction, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

- Technical Skills:

- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural blueprints, layout drawings, and elevations.

- Deep understanding of civil construction methods (concreting, excavation, rebar detailing, and shuttering).

- Familiarity with basic surveying instruments or checking levels.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, clear verbal communication, conflict resolution, and time management.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
