We are looking for a Civil MEP Engineer with 12 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, drafting, and coordination for residential and commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review MEP drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.

- Assist in designing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.

- Develop 2D and 3D MEP models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

- Perform basic load calculations, equipment sizing, and quantity estimation.

- Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural teams.

- Identify and resolve MEP clashes using BIM coordination tools.

- Prepare BOQ, material take-offs, and technical reports.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable IS Codes, NBC, and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting Systems.

- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.





- Understanding of MEP drawings, layouts, and building services.

- Knowledge of electrical load calculations, plumbing layouts, and HVAC fundamentals.

- Familiarity with NBC and relevant Indian Standards.

- Basic understanding of BIM modeling and MEP coordination.

- Navisworks / BIM Clash Detection

- Autodesk Construction Cloud

- MEP Design Automation

- Quantity Estimation and BOQ Preparation

- Basic knowledge of Dynamo, Python, or Excel-based calculations

- Experience with 3D building models and multidisciplinary coordination

Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

- 1–2 years of relevant MEP design or BIM coordination experience.

- Valuable analytical, technical, and communication skills.
