Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision &
- Execution:

Monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, structural designs, and local building codes.

- Quality Control &

- Inspection:

Check rebar/steel frameworks, shuttering, and formwork before concrete pours, and supervise curing and casting processes.

- Surveying &

- Layout:

Perform site layout, check levels, lines, and elevations using survey equipment.

- Material &

- Resource Management:

Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), track material stock, estimate requirements, and prevent on-site wastage.

- Progress &

- Cost Tracking:

Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site logs, and recording measurements for contractor billing and quantity verification.

- Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, and hazard identification to prevent workplace accidents.





- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and municipal authorities to resolve technical site issues.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in site execution for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D

- Familiarity with project planning tools like MS Project or Primavera

- Soft Skills: Problem-solving under pressure, team leadership, vendor management, and transparent communication.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
