Job Summary

Mumbai Realty is looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, monitor project progress, and coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and site teams. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil construction, site execution, and quality control for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor the quality of concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing work.
- Check structural and architectural drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, manpower, machinery, and other resources.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, measurement records, and quality documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and support the project manager in meeting milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable building regulations.
- Assist with quantity estimation, material reconciliation, billing verification, and contractor measurements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize delays and rework.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams.
- Follow up on snagging, defect rectification, and handover activities.

Qualifications and Experience




- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or building construction.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, estimation, quality control, and site execution.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction reporting tools.
- Positive communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
