We're Hiring | Circle Head – Land Development ? Location: Gujarat & Rajasthan

We are looking for an experienced Circle Head – Land Development to lead land acquisition, site control creation, stakeholder management, statutory approvals, and project enablement for utility-scale renewable energy projects.

About the Role The Circle Head will be responsible for establishing and securing project site control for renewable energy projects ranging from 1000 MW to 2000 MW, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and full statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive end-to-end land acquisition and site control creation for renewable energy projects.

✅ Identify, negotiate, and secure land through purchase or leasing arrangements, including access pathways and right-of-way requirements.

✅ Facilitate acquisition of pooling substation land and other project-related land requirements.

✅ Coordinate with state and central stakeholders to obtain regulatory approvals, evacuation permissions, and statutory clearances.

✅ Secure approvals and NoCs from relevant authorities, including:

- Ministry of Defence (MoD)
- Airports Authority of India (AAI)
- Railways
- National & State Highway Authorities
- Village Panchayats
- Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) and other applicable authorities





✅ Develop and execute land acquisition strategies to ensure timely site control while safeguarding project sites from competition. ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, landowners, government agencies, administrative authorities, and key stakeholders.

✅ Monitor market and competitor developments within project vicinities.

✅ Ensure comprehensive due diligence and risk mitigation related to land documentation and legal compliance.

✅ Support ROW (Right of Way) requirements and project execution teams as required.

✅ Enable land availability for Met Mast installations and future project development activities.

✅ Build, mentor, and lead high-performing land development teams capable of independently delivering project objectives.

✅ Ensure seamless handover of developed sites to project execution teams.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15-20 years of experience in Land Acquisition, Land Development, Project Development, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Transmission, Power, Mining, Industrial Projects, or related sectors.
- Robust understanding of land laws, statutory approvals, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects across Gujarat and/or Rajasthan.
- Excellent negotiation, government liaison, conflict resolution, and team leadership capabilitie
