We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Chef to join our culinary team at Masalé Goa!

Job Responsibilities: ● Prepare authentic and flavourful Chinese dishes with consistent taste, quality, and presentation. ● Have solid knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including starters, noodles, fried rice, soups, gravies, and wok preparations. ● Maintain standard recipes, portion sizes, and food cost control. ● Ensure proper mise en place and smooth kitchen operations during service. ● Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. ● Manage kitchen inventory, minimise wastage, and ensure efficient use of ingredients. ● Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.

Requirements: ● Previous experience as a Chinese Chef in a reputed restaurant or hotel. ● Strong wok-handling skills and knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques. ● Ability to maintain consistency during high-volume service. ● Good leadership, discipline, and teamwork.
