The Fat Belly LLP (TFB) is a Mumbai-based premium B2B Gourmet Patissiere manufacturing company, alongside co-founder Jayanti Adiga of Conscious Baking Project . TFB operates at the intersection of European Patisserie technique and Indian culinary heritage, with a brand identity built around elevating dessert formats for commercial supply. The business serves two distinct tracks:

Wedding Caterers : Premium live stations, dessert concepts, and experiential catering for weddings and events; wedding caterers are the anchor revenue segment

HORECA Frozen Supply : Frozen desserts& cakes and food products supplied to hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSR chains, cloud kitchens, and clubs

We’re looking for a Sales Managers who shares our passion for conscious food and is ready to scale our vision across channels and communities.

Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at The Fat Belly will oversee day-to-day operations across all locations, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and efficient use of resources. This full time, on-site role based in Goregaon includes implementing operational policies, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with department leads in areas such as kitchen operations, front-of-house, supply chain, and maintenance.



The COO will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and costs, and align operations with the company’s strategic goals.

The role also involves leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with senior leadership on business planning and growth initiatives.Qualifications

Looking for an ambitious and energetic COO who has the knack for learning and growth .

Work with Co founders to run and build the business with growth and high customer retention in mind.

Worked In Food manufacturing Business , heading sales & marketing. Worked on Frozen foods sector will help.

Worked on leading the business and team and organise set up organisation for growth.

Solid background in finance and budgeting, including cost control, resource allocation, and financial performance tracking.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Goregaon, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
