Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving operational excellence across the organization. The COO will plan, implement, and monitor operational strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, financial targets, and service delivery commitments. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes for IT infrastructure and information security services,



and establishing performance metrics to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The COO will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team on business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, while maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. The position also includes responsibility for risk management, continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring senior managers to support sustainable growth.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Business Planning and strategic Operations Management.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data and drive informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Finance and Budgeting to manage costs, investments, and profitability.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within IT services, system integration, or information security domains.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization, performance management, and change management.
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a rapid-paced, technology-focused environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree; an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
